What to Bring:
Whatever you need for self-care during the workshop.
water, snacks and a healthy sack lunch.
Any items you might need to be comfortable on the floor (yoga mat, pillow, quilt, large beach towel, sleeping bag, bean bag, etc.) If you don't want to be on the floor, bring your massage table or you may use a chair.
Also handy is a
clip board or lap desk for your personal comfort.Pens, pencils, crayons or nontoxic markers,
binder with lots of copy paper.Wear comfortable clothes
No perfumes or heavy make-up
Aromadome or Diffuser if you have them
Young Living Essential Oils to bring to the workshop if you have them: Frankincense, Orange, Peace and Calming, Cedarwood, Clarity, Peppermint, Clary Sage, Forgiveness, Valor and Lavender. If you do not have oils, don’t worry we can share.
